Hayden Construction Inc is a family owned and operated business committed to excellence, quality, and craftsmanship. Operating out of Little Britain, Ontario our business specializes in providing custom solutions to your carpentry needs. After earning a business degree from Nippissing University, Rick started his first full time job in the construction field building custom homes from start to finish with a reputable Southern Ontario builder. Rick quickly found that he enjoyed working with his hands and discovered that building was his passion. He took pride in seeing his hard work come to form with each home that he helped to create. After developing his skills, he found that he was not satisfied working for others. With his family by his side and a vision in his mind he took the entrepreneurial step and founded Hayden Renovations which then became incorporated as Hayden Construction Inc.

Rick has over twenty years of construction experience. He has been involved in new residential construction and renovations his entire career and has experience in almost every facet of residential building.
